The Vape Bar, a pub in Zamboanga City, is set to do their first-ever CS:GO tournament for this year.
Called “Strike First, Strike Hard”, the tournament is said to be open to everyone who is a member of the Vape Bar Gaming Lounge. Practically, it means that every single team in Mindanao can join the tournament as long as they come to the cafe in Zamboanga City for the LAN portion of the event.
According to Mr. Ali, the breakdown of the prize pool is as follows:
Champion: 10k plus trophy
1st runner up: 5k plus certificate
MVP: Trophy + flip knife
Mr. Ali, the proprietor of The Vape Bar, also said that it is “a move to help bring back the glorious days of Zamboanga CS:GO community.”
This announcement comes after Metronoia Cyber Cafe revealed their second edition of the Mindanao Pro CS Cup.
