Here are the CODIFIED RULES OF VALORANT PHILIPPINES COMMUNITY!

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Mission: Our mission is to be a reputable group for Valorant-related content and matters on Facebook, and to serve the greater Filipino esports community through different Valorant-related initiatives.

Vision: We envision this group to be a SAFE SPACE for the Valorant community here in the Philippines.

Values: We base this group on the values of integrity, inclusivity, and impartiality. We understand that we should look at different matters within the context that they are situated in.

Philosophy: This group is grounded upon the foundation that no one is irredeemable and that everyone can learn from experiences. We also base our policies on best practices that are practiced around the world by gaming groups that are known for their inclusivity and openness clauses.

HOUSE RULES OF VALORANT COMMUNITY PHILIPPINES

Rule 1: Read the rules

These rules have been devised to keep our ever-growing community in order. Ignorance will not excuse you from judgement!

Rule 2: No toxicity allowed – as much as possible

There must be no raging, insulting, bullying, name-calling, goading or fighting.

Rule 3: Openness is encouraged

There is no room for discrimination or offensive talk or imagery here. All are welcome here, and none should feel otherwise.

Rule 4: No Hate Speech or Bullying

Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

Rule 5: Be Kind and Courteous

We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

Rule 6: No follow for follow

Posting/sharing content to gain follows for your page is allowed. But doing follow for follow or posting just your page to ask for follows is not allowed.

Rule 7: Respect Everyone’s Privacy

Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What’s shared in the group should stay in the group.

Rule 8: A Vow For Transparency and Accountability

While each administrator and moderator has their own way of implementing group policies, we ensure that these never go over the line. We will do our best to be accountable to the community.

Rule 9: Self-Policing Clause on Due Process

We want to promote a culture of due process in this group: Apologies and reformative behavior goes a long way. However, we want to ask you not to ABUSE the OPENNESS of ADMINS.

Rule 10: Self-Policing Behavior for Reporting

Please report any inappropriate content – this includes “follow for follow”, non-Valorant/general esports industry content, etc. Hopefully the mods rarely have to get involved!!!

Rule 11: No selling allowed

This is in order to prevent scamming and other untoward incidents that are related to finances in this group. Nag-imbestiga na kame, and talagang mahirap i-monitor po ang ganyan. NOTE: THERE IS A SPECIAL RULE. PLEASE READ HERE FOR MORE DETAILS.

Rule 12: Boosting is frowned upon

Why boost if you are confident about your skills? Where is your angas factor, bes?

Rule 13: Cheating is condemned in the worst way possible

We have already mentioned our stand on this. Do we need to say more?
